PRIDE Inc. PRIDE is a non-profit organization providing quality vocational, alternative residential and social programs for individuals of all abilities.

Our philosophy is that everyone who wants to work can work and be able to live in the most independent situation of their choice. We offer Employment Services, Adult Foster Care, Community Day Based Programs, Day Habilitation, Acquired Brain Injury Services and competitively priced contract and packaging services for businesses wishing to support the work efforts of individuals with disabilities.

We serve almost 50 cities and towns in southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod, while continuing to expand outreach where needed. Our agency serves over 500 individuals of all abilities at the main facility and in business sites and homes.

This is what advocacy looks like! Our Advisory Board brought a concern to our leadership team that our two work floor restroom doors weren’t accessible to all. They proposed that we get push button door openers, so this week that project was completed! Melissa helped us to show how great they work! 👏🏼
