PRIDE is a non-profit organization providing quality vocational, alternative residential and social programs for individuals of all abilities. Our philosophy is that everyone who wants to work can work and be able to live in the most independent situation of their choice. We offer Employment Services, Adult Foster Care, Community Day Based Programs, Day Habilitation, Acquired Brain Injury Services

and competitively priced contract and packaging services for businesses wishing to support the work efforts of individuals with disabilities. We serve almost 50 cities and towns in southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod, while continuing to expand outreach where needed. Our agency serves over 500 individuals of all abilities at the main facility and in business sites and homes.

Registration is now open for our annual golf tournament Friday 8/7/2026! This event is held at the prestigious Crestwood Country Club and features a scramble format. This event always sells out, so get your three favorite golf friends and register your foursome today!

🎉 A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our Healthcare Coordinator (RN) Sara McGuire, who is now a Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse!!! Sara attended the boot camp training last year, and studied hard to pass the test earlier this week. She has such passion and dedication to have pursued this specialized certification. We are so grateful to have Sara on our P.R.I.D.E. team to enhance service delivery, health, and wellness to our persons served! 🎉👩🏻‍⚕️🩺
