A heartfelt THANK YOU to for their continued partnership! 🧦❤️

Year after year, Hanes shows up for the women in our program with an incredibly generous sock donation that helps us provide the basic necessities our ladies need and deserve.

It may seem like a simple gift, but a fresh pair of socks means so much more—it's comfort, dignity, and a tangible reminder that our community cares about their journey.

Hanes' commitment to supporting organizations like ours makes a real difference in the lives of women working hard to rebuild their futures. Their dedication to giving back strengthens our entire Southern New England community.

We are deeply grateful for partners like Hanes who understand that even the smallest acts of kindness can have the biggest impact.

Thank you for standing with us and for the women we serve. Together, we're making a difference! đź’™

🎉✨ CONGRATULATIONS Emily! ✨🎉

On Friday we were privileged to celebrate an incredible accomplishment!
We are so incredibly proud to honor one of our remarkable residents as she graduates from the Adult and Teen Challenge Southern New England Women's Home!
Over these past 10-12 months, we've watched you transform in ways that words can hardly capture. You walked through those doors carrying burdens that once felt impossible to overcome, but you chose courage over comfort, hope over despair, and perseverance over giving up.
You didn't just break free from addiction—you discovered who you were truly created to be. You've grown deeper in your relationship with God, finding strength, peace, and purpose in His love. You've been restored, renewed, and made whole.
Your journey hasn't been easy, but you showed up every single day. You did the hard work. You pushed through the difficult moments. You let God's grace work in your life, and now you stand as a living testimony of redemption and transformation.
As you step into this new chapter, know that you carry with you the prayers, love, and support of everyone who has walked alongside you. We believe in you, we're cheering for you, and we can't wait to see all the amazing things God has planned for your future.
You are strong. You are loved. You are FREE.
We love you and we are SO proud of you! 🙌❤️

Our hearts are so full after this past Saturday! đź’™

Cheryl and the wonderful women of His Providence Church - thank you from the bottom of our hearts for welcoming the ladies from Adult Teen Challenge Southern New England Woman's Home into your crochet class. Your warmth, patience, and kindness created such a beautiful atmosphere of learning and fellowship.

Cheryl, your gentle teaching and encouragement made everyone feel confident to try something new. Watching you all guide each woman through their stitches with such care was a blessing to witness.

To the ladies of His Providence Church - thank you for opening your doors and your hearts to us. You didn't just teach crochet skills on Saturday; you showed what genuine Christian love and community look like. The connections made, the laughter shared, and the friendships begun are gifts that will last far beyond any project we complete.

For our ladies, this was more than learning a new craft - it was experiencing acceptance, building confidence, and being reminded that they are valued and welcomed. These moments matter so much on the journey of recovery and restoration.

Thank you for living out the love of Christ in such a practical and meaningful way. We are truly grateful! 🧶✨

✨Congratulations Tanya✨
Take a moment and read her Powerful Story below !

Four years ago today, I was given my life back.

Four years sober. Four years of freedom I once thought was impossible.

Four years ago, my alcoholism had brought me to the brink—life-threatening seizures, being resuscitated, my body shutting down. I was dying physically, and I had been dead spiritually for far longer. But God resuscitates what the world calls gone. He breathed life back into my lungs and into my soul.

I don’t share this lightly—I share it because someone reading this needs to hear it: you are not too far gone. If God could reach me in my darkest moments, He can reach you too.

Over these four years, God hasn’t just helped me stop drinking—He’s made me whole. He restored my freedom, rebuilt my faith, and gave me a future I can look forward to. He healed the relationship with my sister Cara that I thought was broken beyond repair. He removed the guilt, the shame, and the condemnation that once defined me, and replaced it with purpose.

That purpose keeps me serving at Adult & Teen Challenge Southern New England—the very ministry that saved my life. God continues to use this place to refine me, stretch my faith, heal wounds I didn’t know I still carried, and fill me with a joy and fulfillment I never knew was possible. What began as my rescue has become the soil where I continue to grow—and where I get to watch God do for others what He did for me.

Then came another battle. Over a year ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Complication after complication followed—setbacks that would have broken me in my old life. But God’s faithfulness never wavered. I may have lost a breast, but I never lost hope. On Monday, I go in for my final reconstruction surgery, and with it comes the closing of yet another chapter of redemption. Even in the loss, God is making me whole again.

“In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” Romans 8:37

Those words have become my anthem. Addiction didn’t conquer me. Cancer didn’t conquer me. Shame didn’t conquer me. Because I’m fighting with a love that has already won.

To everyone who has walked this journey with me—thank you. To those who supported me, poured into me, advised me, dealt with my crazy, held me accountable, and prayed for me through it all: God used every single one of you to help shape me into the woman I am today. I am forever grateful.

If you’re struggling right now—with addiction, with your mental or physical health, with anything that feels like it’s controlling your life—please hear this: there is hope. Real, tangible, life-changing hope. You are not your past. You are not your mistakes. You are not too broken.
God’s redeeming love reached me. It can reach you too.

Four years free. Four years whole. And it’s only the beginning

✨Christmas Family Miracle✨
Angela is a recent TC Graduate and is presently on Staff at our Adult & Teen Challenge Northeast NNE Women’s Home
This testimony she wrote will bring tears of Joy …and/or Hope to those who need it …
🔥PLEASE READ & SHARE🔥

This Christmas was one of the most beautiful gifts Jesus has ever given me, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude.
There was a time when my life was marked by brokenness and distance. After my mom passed away, my family fell apart, and I went down a path that led me far from the people I loved and far from who God created me to be. For over fifteen years, I was completely disconnected from my family, having no communication with them. Holidays were especially hard—I spent them sleeping, trying to escape the pain of feeling alone due to my lifestyle immersed in substance abuse.
But Jesus never stopped pursuing me.

When I gave my life to Christ at Adult & Teen Challenge SNE, everything began to change. Jesus met me with grace, strength, and freedom. Three weeks later, I went to the program in NJ where He continued the deep work of transformation in my heart. Then I returned to SNE for six more months, and it was there that the leaders loved me through some of the hardest days, speaking truth over me when I couldn’t see it myself, and showing me that love could break through even the deepest walls of pain and shame I had built.

He didn’t just change my life—He began restoring what I had broken so badly. My brother and sister came alongside me with love and support, and through Jesus, our relationships are continuing to heal and rebuild.

This Christmas, I experienced a miracle of restoration. I was able to celebrate Christmas with my entire family for the first time ever. My brother, his wife, and my seven nieces and nephews traveled from Guatemala, and my sister, her husband, and my two nephews were there as well. For the first time, I got to laugh, play, and share life with my nieces and nephews. I got to be the aunt I had always dreamed of being.

A holiday that once held loneliness and pain became filled with joy, laughter, and love. Jesus replaced what was empty with abundance. I felt deeply loved, welcomed, and surrounded by family, and I saw the faithfulness of Jesus in every moment—especially through the smiles, hugs, and joy of my nieces and nephews.

This Christmas was a powerful reminder that Jesus is a God of restoration and joy. He turns ashes into beauty, mourning into dancing, and broken stories into testimonies of hope. What once felt lost has been redeemed, and I give all the glory to Jesus.

✨My heart (Deborah) as Angela’s Director✨
Reading these words, I am undone. This is why we do what we do. This is the reason I said yes when God called me into this ministry. When I made the decision to let her go home for Christmas, I prayed it would be healing—but I could never have imagined the magnitude of what Jesus would accomplish in those few days.
Fifteen years of silence. Fifteen Christmases spent in isolation and addiction. And now, in one redemptive moment, Jesus didn’t just give her a nice holiday—He gave her back her family, her identity, and a future filled with the love she thought she’d lost forever.

I watched her journey from the very beginning—from the moment she surrendered her life to Jesus at SNE, through her time in our NJ program, and then back here for another six months of intensive discipleship and healing. At every stage, our leaders poured into her relentlessly. Day after day, they spoke truth when she couldn’t see it herself, held her accountable when she wanted to give up, and believed in the woman God was creating even when she was still becoming. They showed her that she was worth fighting for, that her story wasn’t over, and that Jesus had so much more in store for her than she could imagine. That consistent, unwavering, Christ-centered love created the foundation for everything God is doing in her life now. Love broke through.

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude to God for His faithfulness, not just to her, but to all of us who get to witness His miraculous work. Every day in this ministry, we sow seeds in faith, trusting that God will bring the harvest. And testimonies like this remind me that He always does—in His perfect timing and in ways that exceed our wildest dreams.
This is more than a success story. This is the Gospel made visible. This is proof that no one is too far gone, no relationship too broken, no pain too deep for Jesus to heal. I am honored beyond words to have played even a small role in her journey, and I’m so proud of the woman she is becoming.

✨To everyone reading this✨
Please pray for Angela as she continues to walk in this freedom. Pray for her family as they continue to rebuild trust and relationship. And if you’re in a place of brokenness right now, let this testimony be a beacon of hope—Jesus is pursuing you too, and He specializes in restoration.

This is what redemption looks like. And it is beautiful.
