Happy Mardi Gras/Fat Tuesday! Our amazing Dietary Manager brought flavors of New Orleans to us with homemade Jambalaya for Mardi Gras and well as a King Cake for dessert! Everyone enjoyed the festive spirit and some of our residents went on a lunch trip which was a success.
