A few hours ago I shared a reel about a text from a client at mile 10 of her run saying her back felt good.
Here’s the rest of the story.
This weekend she completed the Disney Run Challenge
✔️ 5K
✔️ 10K
✔️ Half Marathon
22 miles in three days.
Last year she ran it with a TENS unit on her back because the pain was so constant.
This year?
No TENS unit.
No back pain.
Just strength.
For the past three months she’s been in the studio 2–3 times a week doing Pilates while recovering from a sprained ankle and struggling to get back into running.
This is what Pilates does.
It builds the deep strength and stability that supports your body when life asks more of it.
So when mile 10 comes…
