Here’s what donor support made possible in 2025:
• 2,124 in-clinic visits
• 572 donated specialist services
• 162 mental health counseling sessions
• 98 surgeries donated
• $4.6M in medical services provided
• $2.3M in medication distributed
These numbers represent lives stabilized, families supported, and neighbors who received the care they desperately needed.

Every patient sitting in our waiting room has a story to tell: from the fisherman needing wound care, to the homeless man needing medications for an infection. From the newly emigrated woman in need of a breast exam, to the waitress who visits our the Project Smile Mobile Dental Office to receive dental care. Uninsured Keys patients from all over Monroe County come to us, and because of your support, they know that we will be here to serve, counsel and care for them.
