With Thanksgiving in our hearts 🧡🦃 we’re especially grateful for the support of Community Foundation of the Florida Keys. Their generous grant is helping launch our new Healthy Lives Program, created in partnership with the SOS Foundation.

Together, we’re combining the power of medicine 💊 and the power of nutrition 🥗—providing life-saving medications alongside nutritious food for our neighbors who need it most.
