April is National Stress Awareness Month, an annual campaign since 1992 designed to increase public awareness about the causes and cures for stress. It highlights the negative impact of chronic, unmanaged stress on physical and mental health, offering tips for coping, such as regular exercise, proper sleep, and mindfulness.

We had a blast at our “pub crawl” Residents were able to visit many “pubs” and try a variety of drinks, snacks, games, and be blinged up for the fun. Lots of laughter fun and memories made!
