Modifications are available making my classes accessible to all levels. Treating the body with compassion and loving kindness is stressed.

Baby it’s cold outside! Wow!
A warmer week starts tomorrow yoga classes with MaryAnne this week 12/25/25 are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30 AM and chair classes offered on Monday and Wednesday at 10 AM. In the house.
I will be at Blooming Consultants on Wednesday at 5:15 PM and if you would like to carpool with me from Tawas let me know I am glad to share rides!
This is my last week offering classes for this year then it will be some time off for the holidays.🌲🥳

Here you go Yogi’s snow day fun at home. First throw on your candy cane socks then grab the end of your couch and step back in a lunge. Repeat at least 10 times on both sides. The second you pose sit on the end of the couch, hands holding on the each side of your hips, cross one leg over your upper thigh and then homding on with your hands dip your hips down. Do both sides! feels good on that low back hamstring and Glute.
Third pose is a low courtesy lay the forearm on the arm of the couch step one leg way behind drop your hip down. Try it just for fun and then maybe before or after you can go out and build that snowman ! see you soon!
