Stop! Stop hurting others and yourself. Judgement steals joy and causes harm to both the sender and the recipient.

Yes I'm judging you for judging and I'm not happy in this moment. See how that works?

Flip it.

The next time you feel your ego making a judgement (not an observation) ask yourself what is it about me that makes me feel /think this way? Where is this insecurity coming from?

Pause.

Breathe.

Let it go.

The other side of judgement is compassion.

Find it for yourself and then others.

I promise you will live in more joy if you do.

Do no harm.

I'm all too familiar with this one. All the gardeners and yard warriors know the pain of standing back up after bending, kneeling and slaving in your gardens and yards. Owwwwwww!!!

Remember to take breaks, move slowly and intentionally, stretch, listen to your body and if it hurts don't do it! Find another way or ask for help.

Work smart not hard as they say.

After all, we want to enjoy and continue to care for the beauty we have created for many years to come.

Oh, and water yourself too😊
