Join us to celebrate the Day of the Dead! Thursday, October 30th from 3:30-5:00 P.M., we will be molding chocolates into little skull treats, and maybe even get to decorate a sugar cookie, or two. We will be playing a movie, while you decorate (choices: Coco or The Book of Life). This event is intended for: Kids, Tweens, Teens, and Families. *Registration required. 🌟 New Program Alert! 🌟

The Downriver Y is excited to partner with Corewell Health to offer Diabetes PATH (Personal Action Towards Health) – a self-management program for individuals and caregivers living with type 2 diabetes.

In this 6-week program, participants will:
✅ Learn how different foods affect blood sugar
✅ Understand the importance of physical activity
✅ Improve communication with healthcare teams
✅ Develop actionable health plans

📅 When: Wednesdays, October 15 – November 19
⏰ Time: 2.5 hours per session (please allow 3–3.5 hours)
