✨Surgery Update! 18 days post-op✨
Things are healing well—thankfully, not much pain overall, just some sharp zings with certain movements. The most annoying part is that I feel like I can't do things! (I'm not supposed to lift more than 2lbs. 😬)

I just got a hard cast that I'll have until mid-September, but I still plan to be back at work starting August 10th—massaging one-handed like before. 💪✋

Even after the cast comes off, it’ll take time to rebuild strength and mobility, so I’ll be easing back into full capacity. Thanks for your patience and support! 💜

My hands are temporarily out of order 🖐️✋ — surgery recovery is underway and massage therapy is paused until August 10th.

When I’m back, I’ll be rocking a cast... again — working one-handed like earlier this year! 🤦‍♀️💪 Thanks for your patience and support! 💙
