We are an established Home Health Care agency providing education and resources to pregnant women and infants on Medicaid. The Maternal Infant Health Program, MIHP is a program that was created to support Medicaid beneficiaries in order to promote healthy pregnancies, positive birth outcomes and infant health and development. We provide education as well as provide resources for items that baby may need (e.g., car seats, cribs, diapers etc...). We provide transportation referrals, housing referrals as well as parenting and child birth classes. This program is free to all women and infants on Medicaid and is funded and by the State of Michigan.
