I've been asked, "Have you ever used a doula?" Well, no I haven't, and that's because I didn't know much about them before I decided to look into birth work. I'm happy to say though that I met with my doula today and I'm excited to have her help for this 4th baby's birth and postpartum experience.

My youngest (for a few more months) turns 2 tomorrow! I'll post his birth story tomorrow for anyone who is interested.
