Show up for yourself.
This is a work in progress for me, as I have traditionally prioritized others' needs over my own, leading to burnout. When you show up for yourself, recognize your needs by focusing on your physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. Make yourself a priority, establish healthy boundaries, practice self-compassion, and set meaningful objectives. Engage in activities that bring you joy, step outside your comfort zone, and acknowledge your achievements. Consistency is key, so make showing up for yourself a daily habit. Start with small, achievable steps, be patient, and seek support when necessary.
For me showing up for myself looks like
-daily journaling (chatting with my Akashic Records)
-grounding. Running around barefoot!!
-drinking water
-long hot epsom salt baths
-working out
-reconnecting with nature
-clean eating
