New ketamine assisted therapy clinic in Salt Lake!
Safe Harbor Ketamine Clinic is seeking trauma-trained therapists to provide services for adults
undergoing ketamine treatments. This position is ideal for individuals who like a flexible
schedule, are motivated, and self-disciplined. Perks of working with us include:

(This position is contract-based to start.)
Requirements:
• Fully licensed to perform counseling/therapy in Utah (e.g., Clinical Mental Health Counselor
(LCMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical
Psychologist (LCP), etc.)
• Master’s degree (minimum) in clinical counseling/therapy
• Paneled with major health insurances including Medicaid (e.g., U of U Health, Select Health,
Cigna, BCBS, etc.)
• Trauma-trained (please list certifications in any trauma-oriented modalities and/or where
trauma training was obtained)
• Minimum 2 years experience
Preferred qualifications:
• Trained and/or knowledgeable in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, mind-body practices,
Experiential Therapy (ET), Lifespan Integration (LI), inner child / re-parenting work, art therapy
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Supervisory experience (opportunity for future Clinical Director position)
• Any training/certifications and/or knowledge in alternative healing work (e.g., energy work, qi
gong, yoga, nutrition, dance, meditation, massage, acupuncture, etc. for opportunities to
teach group classes and/or provide direct services upon client request)
• Bilingual/multilingual (any language in addition to English) a plus
Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
• Provide direct therapy services to clients within the clinic, home, community, or teletherapy
• Provide mental health assessment, treatment planning, and counseling
• Document client progress and outcomes
• Provide continuous evaluation of effectiveness of treatment through ongoing assessment &
modifying treatment as needed
• Work with clinical team to coordinate care for client ketamine-assisted psychotherapy
process to ensure all services prescribed in individualized service plans are implemented
• Participate in staffing, case conferences, other meetings with or without the client
• Provide support services, including but not limited to: assistance in maintaining, monitoring,
and modifying covered behavioral health services
