Soooo Excited to get started with you Ladies!

This Challenge is going to last for 30 days!

Monday, Wednesday and Friday are burn that Fupa Days! Tuesday and Thursday are cardio of your choice Days! Saturday and Sunday are choose one day to do work (Fupa Burn or Cardio) and one day to rest.

Remember you Ladies can do this! Eat light carbs and healthy portions.

I will be posting the Fupa Burn tonight!
