Last week, our residents and staff celebrated Easter (a little early) with a day full of smiles, sweet treats, and meaningful moments together. From festive fun to plenty of laughter, it truly brought joy to our community.

We are so thankful for these opportunities to partner with MediHome Health and Hospice to celebrate and create lasting memories for both residents and staff!

We hope everyone has a beautiful and blessed Easter!

Happy (belated) St. Patrick’s Day!

Yesterday our residents celebrated with sweet treats and plenty of smiles while enjoying delicious cookies and fun “dirty sodas” provided by MediHome Health and Hospice!

We were also surprised with a special visit from Hope, who brought even more joy and tail wags to the celebration!

We are so thankful for community partners who help us make holidays extra special for the people who call our community home. It was a day full of festive goodies, laughter, and a little extra luck of the Irish!

We were so blessed to have Karen stop by and spend time with our residents, sharing beautiful songs and her heartfelt testimony. Her music filled the room, and her story touched so many hearts. Moments like these remind us how powerful music, faith, and fellowship can be.

Thank you, Karen, for sharing your gifts and your time with our Taylorsville House family. Our residents and staff truly enjoyed every minute!

Dr. Seuss Week – Days 3 & 5 Fun!

Well… it appears our very busy Dr. Seuss Week reporter (that’s me 😅) accidentally skipped over Day 3! So here’s a little Seuss-style catch up for Days 3 AND 5!

Our residents enjoyed some classic Bingo along with several Dr. Seuss–themed games that brought plenty of laughs, smiles, and a little friendly competition. Whether it was shouting “BINGO!” or enjoying the silly Seuss fun, a great time was had by all!

Sometimes things get a little wacky, a little mixed up, and a little out of order… but that feels pretty on-brand for Dr. Seuss Week, don’t you think?

“Today was good. Today was fun. Tomorrow is another one!”
