There’s something beautiful about an ordinary week at the studio.

Morning stretches. Sunrise breath. Gentle flow. The steady rhythm of returning to your mat.

Amanda is back from her travels and ready to guide you through an evening of powerful breathwork, intentional music, and deep presence. This practice moves energy. It clears mental clutter. It invites you back into your body in a way that feels alive and awake. If you’ve been craving a reset, this is your night.

🌻 Two Free Community Classes This Week
We’re so honored to support Caitlyn DeMello-Allen as she gathers teaching hours and steps more fully into her path as a yoga teacher. You can practice with her:

We are looking for a grounded, experienced yoga teacher to join our Sunflower community. 🌻

Our Wednesday 6 PM Yoga Fundamentals class is going to be ready for it's next guide soon. This class explores essential postures, safe alignment, and mindful breathing at a pace that welcomes beginners while still offering depth for seasoned practitioners. It’s a space where students build confidence, stability, and ease — one steady breath at a time.

We’re seeking a teacher who:
• Holds a 200-hour RYT certification
• Carries yoga insurance
• Values safety, alignment and accessibility
• Loves building community

This is a beautiful opportunity for a teacher looking to add one consistent weekly class in Taylorsville.

We’re pouring something a little magical for our Yoga & Mocktails evening—and it’s not just about what’s in the glass.

When we gather, we’ll begin in circle with our welcome drink: Drishti Shift—a color-changing butterfly pea mocktail that transforms from deep blue to purple as pineapple lemonade is mixed in. A gentle reminder that perception can shift… especially when we slow down and arrive together.

From there, we’ll move into a gentle, all-levels yoga practice and guided meditation, designed to help you settle into your body and tune into your inner knowing. No pushing, no striving—just breathing, sensing, and softening.

As the evening unfolds, we’ll sip Anahata Bloom, a sparkling hibiscus mocktail that invites heart-opening, warmth, and connection. Together, we’ll explore a guided oracle/tarot card reading, learning simple ways to work with the cards as tools for reflection and intuition—no experience required.

And to round out the night, we’ll enjoy Sattva Sip—a grounding orange-aid with Little Saints mushroom mixer—supporting clarity, calm presence, and that sweet, relaxed feeling of being exactly where you are.

✨ What to expect:
• A welcoming drink and time to connect in circle
• Gentle yoga & guided meditation
• A group oracle/tarot experience (beginner-friendly!)
• Handcrafted mocktails throughout the evening
