1) Foundation & Safety

Never stop, start, or change medications without prescriber direction.

Encourage home BP monitoring at the same time daily.

Red flag: if readings are consistently >180/120 mmHg or if chest pain, sudden weakness, or vision changes occur โ†’ emergency care.

2) Week-by-Week Coaching Framework

Week 1 โ€“ Rhythm & Awareness

Morning sunlight exposure 10โ€“20 minutes.

Gentle walking 15โ€“20 minutes daily.

Hydration: replace soda/energy drinks with filtered water.

Begin a simple gratitude journal at bedtime.

Week 2 โ€“ Nutrition Reset
