Position: Receptionist
Location: Seasons Chiropractic, 6243 S Redwood Road Suite 230, Taylorsville, Utah
Working Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each patient's experience with us is exceptional from the moment they contact our clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
• Efficiently scheduling patient appointments, considering their preferences and our doctors' availability.
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for patients as they arrive at the clinic.
• Assisting patients with therapies, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
• Providing guidance on paperwork and explaining necessary documentation.
• Checking insurance eligibility and assisting patients in understanding their coverage.
• Coordinating marketing opportunities for our doctors to engage with the community.
• Managing patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a receptionist who embodies our patient-centered approach and demonstrates the following qualities:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and insurance procedures (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is advantageous.
• Spanish speaking skills are helpful but not required.
