Last week, our CEO shared a deeply personal experience about her sister’s final hours.

It revealed something many families do not realize until it is too late.

Hospice was not present when the ventilator was removed.

There was no nurse explaining what would happen next.

No support for the family in that moment.

No guidance through one of the most difficult experiences a family can face.
