I just wanted to give some information on contracts and payments…
*You are locked into a 12 month contract upon sign up
*Once your contract is up, meaning all 12 months have been paid, you will continue to be billed monthly until you come into Zone Nutrition and return your keyfob and cancel.
*The only way to cancel before your contract is up is if you come into Zone Nutrition and pay the remaining time on your contract and return your keyfob.
*Once your next invoice is due, you are NOT able to cancel that invoice, you will be responsible for paying it. If you’re off contract, you must cancel before your next invoice is due.
*You have a 10 day grace period to make your payment. After the 10th day, you will be charged a $10 late fee.
*Once your invoice is past due, your keyfob will be shut off. You do not get a 10 day grace period to continue utilizing the gym without the monthly payment being made.
*If something comes up and you’re in a bind, we do offer the ability to put your membership on hold until you’re in a better spot. We will extend your contract out to fulfill the 12 month contract. You can still utilize this option if you’re off contract and grandfathered into an old rate.
*If you’re grandfathered into the old gym rates and your payment goes past due, you will lose the grandfathered rate and have to sign a new year contract and be given the new monthly payment rate.
*There is now a $3 card processing fee on every invoice. You can come in before your invoice is due and pay cash to avoid the fee.
We do understand things happen, payment dates don’t always fall on paydays, etc. please just call or go see Whitney in Zone Nutrition. We will work with you! We just can’t do so if we don’t know!
