Thanks to Vicky, Renae, and a group of friends from Lone Mountain Shores for making pumpkins for the residents’ rooms for fall! The residents were so thrilled with their decorations.

Also, thanks to Dogwood Heights Baptist Church for making cards for our residents. The kindness shown by this community is a blessing 🧡

At Covenant Health Claiborne, we know that clean hands save lives. On this Global Handwashing Day, let’s all commit to the simple act of washing our hands regularly to protect ourselves and those around us. 🧼💧

✅ 5 Steps to Proper Handwashing:

1. Wet your hands
2. Apply soap
3. Scrub for at least 20 seconds (don’t forget between your fingers!)
4. Rinse
5. Dry with a clean towel

Hand hygiene is one of the easiest and most effective ways to prevent illness and the spread of infections. Let’s make every day a handwashing (and hand sanitizing) day! 🙌

Thank you to Randall Cinnamon, Brody Seals, and Colby Butcher from the Claiborne High School masonry program for talking with our residents about masonry, recent projects, and the tools they’ve learned to use in their training.

The residents enjoyed visiting with the students and reminiscing about their former trade. We appreciate these young men and look forward to seeing them again soon.
