Low back pain does not have to control your life, and you have more options than you think.

In this video, Matthew K. Wingate, MD, breaks down the step-by-step approach we take to help patients move forward with confidence.

We often start with physical therapy to improve strength, flexibility, and core stability. If pain continues, our pain management team explores non-surgical options like targeted injections. And for patients who have tried conservative care but are still struggling with chronic low back pain, a lumbar disc replacement may offer real relief.

If low back pain is slowing you down, schedule a visit with Dr. Wingate and our spine team today!

Struggling with knee arthritis? Michael J. Adler, MD, can help you get relief without a total replacement.

In this video, Dr. Adler explains how a “uni” knee replacement treats only the damaged part of your knee, leaving healthy tissue, ligaments, and tendons intact.
