Our goal at Teague Nursing & Rehabilitation is to provide for more than just physical needs for our residents, mental and emotional care are our TOP priorities as well, give us a call or stop by to see how we can serve you & your family today. 🧡 The main objective of the facility's staff is to provide each resident with a personalized and comprehensive plan of care while allowing for the highest practical level of functioning. Teague Nursing & Rehabilitation visitation hours are from 7am to 9pm daily.
