When did life get so hard?
Sometimes we find that the coping techniques we used in the past are now failing to help us. I believe that people have it within themselves to create positive and lasting change in order to improve their lives. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship founded on trust, respect and non-judgment, we will work together to improve how you feel.
My goal is to help my clients learn and gain mastery of tools to independently manage the challenges that arise in their lives and to gain insight into their patterns of thinking and behavior. I am a psychotherapist who draws upon various therapeutic approaches and tailors therapy to each client.
