25 years of pure bliss, excellence was born on January 12th 2001, and named Journey Ananda, whose name means the blissful joy of life. This amazing queen has excelled all of her life, winning her first beauty pageant by the age of 3, achieving academic success throughout her elementary and high school years, graduating with honors while becoming co-founder and entrepreneur in the ecommerce beauty business, and then furthering her studies to achieve a Bachelor's of Science in Geo Sciences and a Masters degree.

BENEFITS OF FLAXSEED GEL

Today's DIY natural ingredient is flaxseed for hair care. Who makes their own hair gel from flaxseeds?
Flaxseed gel is packed full of nutrients that will not only nourish and strengthen your hair but also give your curls definition and shine.
Here's a recipe to make 8 ounces of natural flaxseed gel. Go get your containers, hurry let's go!

🌿1/2 cup of raw organic whole flaxseeds
💧2 cups of distilled water
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
🥄On the stove:
Bring together to a boil for 10 minutes, mixing gradually, and then reduce to a simmer for another 5-8 minutes or until gel forms.

Let cool and strain the gel from the seeds with a piece of cheese cloth into a glass jar. I like to wear gloves when squeezing the gel. Add your choice of essential oils for natural scent and extra hair nourishment.

Place the lid and refrigerate when not using it. Remember, this is a natural good-grade ingredient made with water, so there's no preservatives in it. Mold can happen over time.
