Are you ready to transform your life and join a community of like-minded women? If so, you are invited to a virtual 4-week workshop specially designed for women who want to nurture their whole self - body, mind and spirit.
In this workshop, you will learn and practice gentle yoga flows, guided meditations and breathwork techniques to calm your nervous system and enhance your wellbeing. You will also engage in reflective discussions and journaling prompts to explore various dimensions of women’s health and wellbeing, such as nutrition, hormones, stress management, mental/emotional awareness, self-acceptance and more.
