Injector feedback moment 💉

In this treatment I used a neurotoxin to gently drop the upper lip and reduce the appearance of a gummy smile when smiling.

This works by relaxing the small LLSAN muscles around the nose that pull the lip upward.

For this client, we made great progress and are about 65% to the correction point I’m aiming for. With gummy smile treatments, I always start conservatively with a new client and adjust at follow-up. Why? Because the muscles around the nose are very delicate. If they’re overtreated, it can create a flat or restricted smile, where the upper lip doesn’t move naturally. Feedback for myself is to increase her dosage!

A couple small additional units at follow-up will help refine the balance while keeping her smile soft and natural.

That’s the art of injectables small adjustments, careful dosing, and respecting anatomy every time. ✨

Bridal glow-up in progress. ✨

This before and after shows the beautiful progress we’re seeing as we work toward her wedding-day skin goals. She started her skin journey about 10 months before the big day, which is the perfect timeline for creating healthy, lasting results.

Our focus has been:
• Purifying active acne
• Reducing inflammation
• Softening acne scars
• Improving overall skin texture and clarity

So far she has completed:
