This is a profound shift in thinking! Instead of judging your intense emotions, view them as guideposts. Understanding what Guilt, Shame, or Resentment is trying to communicate can unlock incredible insight and healing.

The Toledo Vet Center is proud to announce a new Community Access Point (CAP) site at the DAV in Adrian, Michigan located at 141 E Albert St Adrian, MI 49221.

Starting Tuesday, October 28, 2025, a counselor will be available on-site by appointment every other Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to provide mental health counseling services.

This new CAP site makes it easier than ever for Veterans, service members, and their families to access confidential counseling and supportive services in a relaxed, welcoming environment right in their own community.
