Dear Beloved Clients,

As some of you may already know, I’ve been managing a knee injury over the past four months. After much waiting and investigation, I finally have some clear answers—it looks like surgery is necessary.

With that in mind, I, unfortunately, won’t be returning to Thai bodywork this year. However, I’m grateful to have a wonderful Thai practitioner who will be stepping in to support my regular clients during this time. If you’d like her contact information, please don’t hesitate to message me.

To my personal training clients: we’re continuing as usual. No rest for the wicked, for now! 😅

We get pulled in so many different directions by this thing called life. My workout has always been a way to pull myself back in the direction of myself, my mind, my body and my soul. Once you develop a body mind connection, workout becomes a wonderful sit down with yourself, a wonderful conversation between your body and your mind.

New year, new me!

As some of you may already be aware, I am now dedicating 100% of my time to personal training and Thai bodywork.

I am also introducing small group training sessions for up to two people at $25 per session.
Currently, I am seeking one additional participant for a 6 am class on Mondays and Fridays.
I am also looking to fill another group of two participants for Tuesday and Thursday sessions at 7 pm.
Please feel free to contact me with suggestions for alternative times.

Regarding Thai bodywork, I have added new openings, which are subject to change as I finalize my schedule for personal training, group training, and Thai bodywork.

Lastly, I am excited to announce the addition of red light therapy to my services. You can add it to your Thai Bodywork booking and try it out complimentary for the month of January. Starting in February, it will be available for $20 per 15-minute session.
