After {another} year of many changes, my body finally said, “Nope!” 🛑
My latest test results revealed a few areas that require more attention. I’m embracing my inner grandma to get my s̶e̶x̶y̶ circadian rhythm back. 👵
None of it is mind blowing, but there is wisdom in and science that backs simple things like going to bed early, eating before the sun sets, and getting morning sunlight to cue your body’s innate responses. Not doing more, but being more. Slowing down. Working hard, but improving my physical and emotional capacity with rest. Managing S T R E S S.
We can’t control what life brings us. We can work on our response to it. So if you’re trying to reach me after 9:00 pm and don’t get a response, now you know why. 😴
