👋 Hey friends, it’s been a while since I’ve properly introduced myself! I’m Sara Corwin, CMT—a bodyworker with 13+ years of experience and advanced training in pain relief and structural integration.

I started my career in luxury spas, and now I get to blend that same level of pampering with results-driven bodywork here at The Nail Chateau & Spa in Tehachapi. Whether you’re coming in for deep therapeutic work or a full spa day, my goal is always to help you feel better in your body. 🌿

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll probably find me outdoors—mentoring women in the wilderness, teaching hiking-focused movement, or mule packing into the backcountry. 🏔️🐴

Your ride starts with your body. In my Structural Integration work, I focus on the pelvis as the keystone for alignment and movement within gravity. When it’s balanced, your seat is stable, your aids are clearer, your motion flows, and so can your horse.

Through gait assessment (yes, your walk tells me everything!) manual therapy, and guided strength and movement practices, we explore:
✨ Interoception – tuning in to how your body feels
✨ Proprioception – refining awareness in space
✨ Neural pathways – accessing and strengthening movement patterns that support you and your horse
