I HAVE TO give a Big "shout out" to Jocelyn, Dr.Walch and the Girls in the office. I came in as a New Patient. I was nervous, anxious and not happy to be in my least favorite place. Every ONE in that office went over and beyond their abilities to put me at ease. No small task in my life..
Jocelyn is an amazing young woman (Dental Asst) who took compassion to another level. I not only survived my first visit, but will be coming back as a new patient. I'm one who generally looks at challenges as opportunities and this past year provided many opportunities to learn and to grow.
I am very grateful for many things from 2020 but most of all, it gave me some space and time to remember what is truly valuable and what I really want.
