On the eve of the 80th anniversary of the allied landings on the beaches of Normandy, I'm in awe of what was accomplished and all the young lives sacrificed for freedom and democracy.
I've had the supreme honor of visiting that part of the world and I hold dear to my heart. With friends made and legacies honored. God bless the memory of those that died and lives of those that survived.
80 years since D -DAY.
