This bath soak is designed to provide relief after exercise and activity, or soothe daily aches and pains, as well as head tension.

The Respiratory Blend is a combination of Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Peppermint. These oils were selected to assist with the opening of airways and for properties known to relieve congestion. This blend is ideal to bring relief for those who need assistance with respiratory distress whether environmental such as seasonal threats, or due to colds, etc.

The Detox Blend is a combination of Peppermint, Lavender, Patchouli, and Grapefruit. This combination of oils was curated to bring relief and relaxation while assisting the body with detoxification. These essential oils pe*****te the body through the skin and assist in the flushing of toxins from the body systems.

Dinah Harpenau is a Certified Sound Healer accredited by the Complimentary Medical Association, as well as a Reiki Master and Quantum Source Light Energy Healing Practitioner. You need only arrive with an open heart and open mind. Nothing else is required of you. For your comfort, please bring a mat, pillow, blanket or sleeping bag to lie on. Chairs will also be available for those who wish. Reservation is required.

Thank you to all those who joined us at The Salt Room for Sound Baths this weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed holding space for each of you. There are currently three different options available for services at the Salt Room.

📌Monthly Public Sound Baths (Keep an eye out for upcoming details on May’s event.) $50 per person. Limited spaces available.

📌Private Group Sound Baths booked at your convenience. Minimum of three people and maximum of 10 people. $50 per person.

📌Private individual sessions booked according to availablity. These can include a crystal singing bowl Sound Bath, or a combination of Reiki and Sound Healing (tuning forks, Tibetan brass singing bowls). $85 per person.

All sessions are one hour long and private sessions are uniquely catered to your individuall needs. Halotherapy is included. If you are interested in a private session please feel free to schedule directly through Dinah with For the Honor of the Light or Becca at The Salt Room.
