honored to have received a $2500 grant from the Perry County Community Foundation that will help fund supplies and educational material for a newborn bag to give families when they come in for their initial visit after hospital discharge!

🌟What an incredible day at the Grand Opening of our new Main Street Clinic! 🌟

Last week, we were thrilled to welcome community members and partners to celebrate this exciting addition to downtown Tell City. Guests had the opportunity to meet and speak with our providers, Jennifer Meunier, NP and Andrea Polk, NP, tour the beautifully renovated facility, and hear updates from Nick Harley, PCMH Chief Operating Officer, and Sara Zuelly, Perry County Chamber of Commerce Director.

A special thank you to the Perry County Memorial Hospital Foundation, Inc. for their generous donation of the Main Street Clinic signage and the beautiful mural featured in our new clinic parking lot — both wonderful touches that make this space even more welcoming to our patients and community. 💙

This project represents our continued commitment to expanding access to high-quality healthcare close to home — and we couldn’t be more excited to serve the community in this new space.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us and to all who made this possible. 💙
