I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the states of Colorado and Connecticut, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I obtained my MA in clinical mental health counseling from Adams State University in 2015 and my BA in psychology and music from Connecticut College in 2008. I offer individual and group clinical mental health counseling and therapy in areas including eating disorders, addiction, depression, anxiety, interpersonal violence, and trauma recovery.
