🌿 Healing Happens in Many Forms

At Temecula Valley Hospital, we know recovery is strengthened through connection, movement and caring for both mind and body. That’s why our Behavioral Health Support Program (BHSP) peer groups now include optional chair yoga and tai chi during select sessions. These gentle practices help reduce stress, support emotional balance and promote overall well-being—all while enhancing the power of peer support. 🧘‍♂️✨

We’re proud that these sessions are led by members of our own BHSP and SMART Recovery teams:
• Dale Hagen – SMART Recovery facilitator & certified Tai Chi instructor (ASFA) (pictured left)
• Abigail Diaz – BHSP team member & 300-hour certified yoga instructor trained in India (pictured right)
