Immediately post lip filler - you are swollen! Lips will decrease in size about 20-30%. If you like the swollen look, you will need another session. I always say a full syringe remains pretty natural, but everyone’s results will vary based on your lip tissue.

Each lip appt comes with a dental block, “local numbing,” for a more comfortable experience. We always get patients so happy it was better than their last experience! And we love to hear that!

Yes, this patient knows she needs surgery. However she is not ready to commit and acknowledges that filler has its limits! We’ve done mostly everything on her and was refreshing her Botox (aka Dysport my favorite) this visit.

I’d say we’ve gotten her pretty refreshed and was able to hide her jowls! We are still working on her treatment plan but I thought she looked so good I wanted to share!

Filler has its limits. Sometimes you need surgery. I’m always upfront about this. If you want a significant lift, you need surgery. Filling back in hollows and areas of depletion are where filler shines.

I love a good eleven refresh facial balancing.
