🎯 PEAK WEEK IS HERE!!…
14 weeks ago I decided to run an experiment.
“What happens if I lock in… execute… and just see how my body and mind react”…
No missed lifts.
No skipped cardio.
No emotional eating or cheat meals
No missed family events
NO EGO
Just ex*****on.
For anyone not familiar, Peak Week is the final 7 days before stepping on stage for my 1st Bodybuilding physique competition.
Training pulls back.
Precision goes up.
Carbs get dialed.
Water stays consistent.
Sleep gets protected.
Nerves stay down, calm
Every detail matters!
But honestly, physique isn’t what I’m most proud of.
✔️ I’m proud that my kids watched me keep promises.
✔️ I’m proud my wife saw discipline without obsession.
✔️ I’m proud I proved you can chase big goals without neglecting what matter most, without having to sacrifice anything that’s in my control.
This whole prep has been one big experiment in discipline, digestion, mindset, energy, leadership, and honestly… joy.
And that’s the part people don’t talk about enough.
I’ve had FUN.
Like, real fun.
Tracking. Tweaking. Learning. Executing.
Seeing what consistency actually does when you don’t quit.
This smile? 😊
It’s because I kept promises to myself for 14 straight weeks. I’ve learned so much, and I’m so glad I tried this out.
