The City of Temecula is proud to introduce Flags of Honor, a meaningful new program that gives our community the opportunity to recognize and remember the brave military personnel who have served our country.

This Memorial Day, sponsored American flags will line the perimeter of the Temecula Duck Pond, creating a powerful tribute to those who gave so much in service to our nation.

For $30, each sponsored flag includes a personalized dedication card, and sponsors will be able to take home both the flag and card as a keepsake at the end of the display.

Memorial Day sponsors will also have the special opportunity to walk in the City of Temecula’s 4th of July Parade carrying their flag in honor of their service member.

Scouts from GSUSA Girl Scout Troop 949 visited Bear CPR to earn their First Aid badge! 🐻❤️ These amazing girls learned how to respond to emergencies, provide basic first aid, prevent injuries, and care for someone who is sick. I’ve had the privilege of working with scouting programs for over 10 years — it never gets old. Helping young people build life-saving skills and leadership confidence is truly an honor. And yes… Girl Scout cookies make every class better. 🍪 Thank you, Troop 949, for your energy, your participation, and the very generous cookie gift! 🌟

I started Bear CPR because I believe everyone should know how to help in a crisis — not just healthcare workers or first responders. Your neighbor. The parent at the park. You.

*Saturday’s class is hands-on, relaxed, and done in a few hours. You’ll leave certified and — more importantly — ready.
