Welcome to Balance of Wellness! Specializing in Therapeutic and Sports Body work. Hi! Thank you for visiting Balance of Wellness. I am a proud wife and mom!

My name is Sabrina Timms and I've been a therapist for 16 years! Hands on therapy is proven to heal and I do Therapeutic and Sports Bodywork. Whether emotional or physical the power of touch is a basic human need. I suggest that clients not view massage as a luxury, but as a healthy maintenance for their body. I love the family atmosphere and my clients. I'm blessed with a beautiful family and my clients tell me I am a nurturer. There is enough negativity in this world; I feel if I can make a positive difference in someones life; then I've done my job! My favorite color is purple and black and my favorite food is mom's homemade eggplant!:) Can't wait to meet you!
