Halasana, or Plow Pose, gently stretches the spine and shoulders while calming the nervous system. This inversion encourages deep release — helping relieve fatigue and quiet the mind.
This is a gateway pose to shoulder stand!
Remember: move into this pose slowly and support your neck with care. 🌙 You may comfort with support from blankets placed underneath the shoulders or bolsters/blankets under the toes of touching the floor with the toes is uncomfortable.
