Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care is here for you and always open! Open 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS a week. 💛 Book an Appointment Online or Walk-In. We have been a part of your community for over 15 years and are your only 24 hour urgent care. We provide on-site x-rays, on-site labs, flu shots, wellness visits, physicals and more. We offer a spacious waiting room and have a caring staff. Watch the video to see inside! 🤗

We continue to provide COVID-19 testing. We provide testing for all ages. If you are coming to be tested, please be patient for results as the turnaround time depends on the outside laboratory which is out of our control. If you are concerned about a fast turnaround, please be sure to contact our front desk to check on average wait times. Please call ahead with any questions regarding insurance and please bring your patience. :) 😊❤️

In observance of the Christmas holiday, and to give our incredible staff time to spend with their families, Temecula 24-Hour Urgent Care will be closed beginning Christmas Eve at 12:00 PM and will reopen December 26th at 8:00 AM.

If you experience a medical emergency during this time, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

🌧️ Rain is coming to California and so is cold & flu season. 🤧

With wet weather rolling in, we’re already seeing the usual wave of coughs, colds, sinus infections, bronchitis, and seasonal illnesses that tend to spike when the rain hits.
