Peter and I are soaking in the love and pampering of my family here in India. It’s been beautifully nostalgic to revisit the places that shaped the earliest layers of who I’ve become — the corners where friendships bloomed, the familiar pathways around Sukhna Lake where we picnicked so often as a family, the food, the flavors, the sweet hum of India’s controlled chaos.

But the deepest grace arrived this morning during my Ambrosial Practice (Sadhna). In that quiet, sacred hour, I felt my past and present embrace each other — reconciling, understanding, merging into one breath. It was an inexplicable moment of homecoming and grace.

Start simply. Practice close your eyes for 3 minutes and build it slowly to 11 minutes
At first, the darkness may feel restless, noisy, even uncomfortable. That is natural—it is your mind adjusting to a space it rarely enters. 🌑
Breathe slowly. Feel the rise and fall of your chest. Let each exhale carry away the need to “do” something.
In time, the darkness becomes a friend, a sanctuary. And beyond the veil, a subtle light begins to awaken—the quiet flame of your inner vision. ✨
