Ranch Counseling Center (RCC) believes in providing quality mental health services. Our staff of professionals are driven and focused on addressing the needs of individuals and our community. Our practice includes one Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Five Licensed Clinicians, LCSW’s and LMFT’s. We believe in collaboration among providers and in our community. We have a passion for changing the field of mental health one community at a time. We are looking for licensed clinicians who share the same passion in changing the field of mental health and removing the stigma.
Rancho Counseling Center is seeking a psychotherapist to join our growing practice. Candidates must be fully licensed in either Marriage and Family Therapy(LMFT) or Clinical Social Work (LCSW). Our clients include adults, adolescents, and children ages five and older. The therapist should be skilled in treating individuals, couples, and families with a variety of modalities including; completing assessments, goal setting and assisting clients in meeting treatment goals. Therapists should be able to perform duties independently and successfully perform all aspects of quality clinical work. Our private practice offers flexibility and a relaxed atmosphere where clinicians have frequent contact with one another. Rancho Counseling provides a supportive environment and monthly supervision. Hours to evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays; 20 hours minimum.
