When you enter our Temecula, California Orangetheory Fitness studio for the very first time, prepare yourself for the most energy-filled and productive work out of your lifetime!
Built upon a foundation of three main components – treadmill interval training blocks, indoor rowing, and weight room or resistance training blocks – Orangetheory’s 60-minute group gym sessions are a challenging full body workout that will deliver the results that you desire.
During your training session, you will be wearing a heart rate monitor to ensure that you are training efficiently. Our sessions have been constructed to keep your heart rate within a targeted zone. When you are able to do so, your metabolism is boosted and energy is increased. This is what we refer to as the Orange Effect – additional energy and extra calories burned for 24-36 hours following your workout.
