Thai-tini

2 oz Gin
0.5 oz coconut milk
0.5 oz Keefer syrup
0.5 oz lime juice
1 dropper Thai chili tincture
5 Thai basil leaves
Garnish: Keefer lime leaf & Thai chili horns

Friday night is all about unwinding or getting out, and either way, it's the perfect time for a Dirty Martini! But this one's no ordinary cocktail – we've added Olive Oil and Leeks for an extra savory twist.

Dirty Boy
2oz Di**le Gin Fat Washed With Olive Oil 75oz Blanco Vermouth Infused With Leeks (Try blanco instead of dry vermouth) 5oz Olive Juice
Garnish with an olive, a couple drops of olive oil, and a crank of black pepper. Cheers!

A new week calls for a new addition to our fall menu—and this one is a stunner. We’re serving it up in the gorgeous spiral martini glass from .and.moon. Their new set of six has us completely obsessed.

Cold Brew Martini
2 oz spirit of choice (we love it with a bold, high-proof bourbon)
1 oz cold brew concentrate ( highly recommend the one from )
10 drops Of dark chocolate nibs tincture
5 drops vanilla bean tincture
0.5 oz toasted hazelnut simple

Toasted Hazelnut Syrup
1 cup dry-roasted, blanched hazelnuts
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
3 turns of a salt grinder
3 turns of fresh black pepper
1 cup water

Happy Wednesday, everyone!

It’s been a little while since we’ve posted, but for good reason—we bought our first house and moved to Joshua Tree! We’re finally getting settled in and absolutely loving our new home and all the wonderful people we have met so far. As you can see, Noki is too—relaxed and enjoying one of the new sips we’re adding to our fall menu.

What really makes this drink shine is the incredible gin from . We had the pleasure of visiting their distillery in Ireland back in March and instantly fell in love with it. Their recipe features botanicals like rowan berry, fuchsia, bog myrtle, hawthorn, and heather—capturing the wild Kerry landscape in every sip.

This gin blended beautifully with citrusy mandarin and yuzu super juice, plus just a touch of habanero heat, creating a refreshing twist on a traditional Tom Collins. Perfect for this desert heat.

Bootsy Collins

1.5 oz Gin
0.25 oz mandarin syrup
0.25 oz simple syrup
0.25 oz yuzu super juice ( which you can get locally at - you must check out if you are in the area. Amazing store full of fresh unique Asian and American ingredients. Say hi to Macy, the owner.)
1 dash habanero
3 oz soda water

We named this cocktail after Bootsy Collins—the legendary American bassist and singer known for his funkadelic style—which we thought perfectly represents this creation.

Windy Pom
1oz pom juice25 oz rich vanilla Demerara syrup 25 oz lime juice
2oz Kokomo Tahitian Vanilla rum 25 oz float of aged Jamaican Rum

Feeling the need for some tropical vibes since we are right in the middle of moving to Joshua Tree. Yes we did it ... We bought our first house and although we are freaking exhausted we are loving it. Definitely needed some R & R after all the stress. This was a little tipple that provides all the right distraction. Cheers! 🥂🌵🌴

Oh yeah and seriously if you are in the mood for a touch of Vanilla in your sip for the day find a bottle of this Rum . It is actually infused with real Tahitian Vanilla Beans, so all the great flavor but none that overly sweetness most flavored rims have.

2oz Tahitian Vanilla Rum
1.5 oz fresh squeezed orange juice.
2 droppers cinnamon bitters25 oz rich vanilla Demerara syrup.25 oz lime juice
Fresh hazelnut ground on top

Here's one for those summer days!!

Fruity, tart, hints of vanilla bean, and bitterness for lime cordial ( made from scratch using the zest of the lime peel) make up this delicious sip.

Club K's Passion Daiquiri
4 frozen passion fruit cubes ( from Costco)
4 frozen dragon fruit ( from Costco)
1 oz lime cordial 75 oz lime
2 oz Kokomo vanilla rum
Barspoon Rich vanilla Demerara syrup

Lime cordial
Zest of 14 limes
24 oz simple
Cold infused in the fridge for 3 days. Strain and use.

Rich vanilla Demerara syrup
2 cups Demerara sugar
1 cup water
1 whole vanilla bean
Place on the stove on low till sugar dissolves. Let sit till cool in the fridge. Strain and bottle

And if you haven't had the chance to try Club Kokomo's Vanilla Rum. Go out and hunt for this fantastic bottle

Peaches is such an underrated cocktail ingredient, and if you pair it with fresh basil it's magic.

Today we created this little tipple to really enhance the spicy aromas of Dented Brick 's 100% Rye Whiskey, playing on the notes of vanilla, peppercorn, clove, cinnamon, brown sugar, and oak. And WOW... This really created a delicious 😋 cocktail.

Dented Peaches 🍑
3 slices of peaches muddled
2 basil leaves slightly muddled5 oz & a barspoon rich vanilla simple
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz Dented Brick Rye Whiskey

Fresh pineapple chunks pineapple frond
