It targets ever muscle in the body by introducing an Aerobic pace Yoga, fused with Pilates, and strength training! My PiYo classes have the framework, yet are ever evolving with the body that craves new challenges. Combining my knowledge of traditional movements, poses, and dance; I didn’t leave out my spunk, spirit, and fortitude to take PiYo to a new found level that WE will always obtain together! Develop gorgeous, elongated muscles and increase flexibility, all while experiencing full enjoyment! My classes will always be conducted in a relaxed, yet kinetic and vivacious environment great for all ages and levels! Whether you've never taken a Pilates or Yoga class in the past this is a great way to get started, and for my Yogi's I dare you to be challenged by my practice.
