My Story

Helping you understand & release limiting beliefs + energies that you may be consciously or subconsciously holding onto so you may live a peaceful + joyous + purposeful life.

I offer Healing Insight Sessions both in person and over the phone/zoom. The purpose of the session is re-connection with your spirit + truth + innate wisdom. While receiving answers, messages and information for change that you are ready to bring forth & activate into your life, we will clear blocked energies, outdated belief systems and old memories. The session allows you to gain an accurate and deep intuitive understanding of yourself, your life, your body and any issues you may be experiencing.

I love hosting speaking engagements, tapping circles, private sessions, and teaching classes such as “Flower Essences: Internal Vibrational Medicine,” “Stress Release Techniques” and “8 Tips to Healthy Living.”

From 2011 to 2015, I started my physical healing journey learning about natural health modalities and experiencing all types of diets; vegetarian, vegan, raw food, juicing and more. During this time, I still wasn’t feeling the vitality I knew my body was capable of. Even though I implemented healthier foods and supplements, which showed positive responses, there was still a missing link; the balance of the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies.

January 2015, I started my emotional, mental and spiritual healing journey. I became aware of childhood traumas and blocked energies which had been numbed and buried. I realized all the emotions I had been holding on to.

Through Flower Essences, Energy Healing, Tapping, Applied Kiniseology, Female Energy Awaking and complimentary modalities, I was and am able to balance my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Through my ever evolving journey, I am able to continue to feel empowered and feel peaceful while living a joyous life.

MY SERVICES

From the Chinese medicine standpoint, we are working with the meridian system, which is an energetic circuitry that maps itself throughout the entire body. When there is any degree of imbalance or trauma, emotional or physical, this circuitry can become blocked. Regardless of how long or how deeply the body and the mind, Flower Essences, Tapping and Applied Kiniseology can produce dramatic results.

Flower essences are complimentary vibrational medicine which are made from the energetic imprints of the life force of plants. When taken internally they interact with the mental and emotional bodies of the human being; specifically bringing awareness to the blockages. Discover more here...

Womb & Reproductive Organs Energy Healing is a session of energetic methods to connect women to a specific vibration of Divine Feminine energy to bring about personal transformation, a return to a free form of femininity, and harmony & balance in the four female energies to create physical, mental, emotional & spiritual balance and harmony within the menstrual cycle & within a woman's life.
